GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)

Federal agencies, such as USAID, and other organizations authorized to use GSA as a source of supply benefit from an efficient and cost-effective ordering process. By contracting using GSA’s MAS, clients can:

  • Obtain a simpler acquisitions process;
  • Procure a range of business consultancy, training, analytical and management services, and
  • Issue sole source awards to schedule holders.

Agency buyers can place task orders with SoCha at pre-negotiated labor prices to simplify justifications and expedite  acquisitions, allowing us to offer services cost-effectively. SoCha has been part of the GSA mechanism as a Professional Services Schedule (PSS) holder since March 2019. Our full range of services – from specialized professional consulting to actionable data collection to multi-disciplinary analytical services to adaptive management – can be acquired through MAS to support federal agency goals and objectives.
